These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jili 10 website and any associated mobile applications, platforms, or services operated under the jili 10 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the jili 10 Platform in any capacity, you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

To register and use the jili 10 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jili 10 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jili 10 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jili 10 or any relevant regulatory authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jili 10 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jili 10 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service, including GCash, PayMaya, or your email account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent jili 10 support.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jili 10 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jili 10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jili 10 of a security breach in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on the jili 10 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jili 10 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and selected Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jili 10 account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank.
• jili 10 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• jili 10 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 5.
• jili 10 reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

jili 10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili 10 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• jili 10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the jili 10 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment monitored under independent oversight. jili 10 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Each game's rules, paytable, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to review these before placing wagers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jili 10 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• jili 10 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical issue that has materially affected the outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. jili 10 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili 10 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili 10 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jili 10 Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili 10 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

The jili 10 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili 10 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. jili 10 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures.

jili 10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jili 10 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. jili 10's decision on game outcome disputes, made after review of server-side game logs, shall be final and binding.

jili 10's records shall constitute the definitive record of all transactions and game activity on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between your records and jili 10's server-side records, jili 10's records shall prevail.

jili 10 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jili 10 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the jili 10 Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jili 10's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
